As an undergraduate at Brooklyn College, Edgar Alacan studied marketing, managerial finance, and international business while pursuing his bachelor’s degree in business administration. Since completing his degree, Edgar Alacan has gained extensive experience leading companies focused on business aviation and private jet travel.

Mr. Alacan has gained additional training and certification through memberships in aviation-related groups such as the National Business Aviation Association and the Air Charter Safety Foundation. He leverages this education and training to guide Jets.com, a leader in the private jet travel industry.

Under Mr. Alacan’s direction, Jets.com has grown from its startup phase to an established company that generates more than $40 million in revenue per year. Prior to co-founding Jets.com, Mr. Alacan served as the private jet coordinator for Concord Private Jets in New York City.

Outside of his professional life, Mr. Alacan is dedicated to philanthropic pursuits. He sits on the board of directors of Pietrosfight.org, a nonprofit organization devoted to Duchenne muscular dystrophy research and awareness.
